Jumpin' Jazz & Blues Band

Founded in 1995 the Jumpin' Jazz & Blues Band music, which named took inspiration from the jazz club in Milan where they used to perform since the beginning, goes from New Orleans Today to the mainstream Swing, with many famous songs from Louis Armstrong All Stars repertoir. They are interpretating all the standards as swing and blues stuff with particular efforce in swinging the melody and the improvvisations everything arranged for the sextet by Marcello Noia, that we are very proud to classifying as the swingest, finest and clever arranger in italian music scene. Recently Marcello Noia wrotes many original compositions influenced by mainstream and be-bop and all his work is now a brand new CD named "Walking Along Mainstream" where it's possible to listen Marcello's compositions and famous italian songs of the 50es composed by Maestri as Gorni Kramer and D'Anzi. The long list of the concert the band performed in the past include Umbria Jazz in Italy, Ascona "Festa New Orleans Music", Biel/Bienne festival in Swiss, Dresden Jazz Festival, Dillenburg, Kempeten, Leipzig and Burghausen in Germany, Saint-Raphael in France, and come Riverboat Festival, International Jazz Festival On The Sea and Honky Tonk Cruise.
